Frequently Asked Questions

What is Girls of Virtue?

Girls of Virtue is a nonprofit ministry that empowers high school and college-aged young women through mentorship, life skills, and faith-based support rooted in four key pillars: spiritual, mental, physical, and financial growth.

We primarily serve young women ages 14–24, particularly those attending dropout prevention schools or navigating hardship. However, our community and programs are expanding to include broader youth mentorship opportunities.

Empowerment Centers are community-based hubs where young women can access mentorship, life skills workshops, meals, and vocational training in a safe, faith-rooted environment. These are central to our 12 Blocks Unite Us initiative.

This is our most advanced offering, designed to walk young women through a three-phase, mentorship-based journey that leads to personal healing, professional skills, and sustainable income opportunities.

Yes, we are faith-rooted and grounded in Christian values. While we serve youth from all backgrounds, our mentorship and programming are based on biblical truth and the belief that identity and purpose are found in Christ.
