Girls of Virtue was founded to meet a deep and urgent need, to walk alongside young women who are often overlooked, overwhelmed, and underestimated. We exist to transform the lives of high school and college-aged girls through consistent, Christ-centered mentorship, life skills training, and community support rooted in four key pillars: spiritual, mental, physical, and financial growth.
We are more than a program. We are a movement.
Whether in classrooms, after-school hubs, or one-on-one mentorship, our goal remains the same: to raise up a generation of women who live with integrity, lead with strength, and know their worth in Christ.
Our Founder
Meet Della Sellers, Our Founder & Visionary
Della Sellers is the founder and heart behind Girls of Virtue and Men of Vision. A successful entrepreneur and the CEO of Virtue Consulting, Della followed a clear calling to create a faith-rooted space for young women who, like her, needed someone to believe in them.
Girls of Virtue began with a tithe of 10%, a promise Della made to sow into vocational opportunities for young women. But what started as financial support quickly became a full-blown ministry. God gave her a vision for mentorship, community hubs, and executive-level leadership development that would ignite a generation.

Under Della’s leadership, Girls of Virtue has grown into a transformative, trauma-informed, and deeply spiritual movement that empowers hundreds of young women across the First Coast and beyond.
