The Girls of Virtue Model: Engage. Equip. Empower.

ENGAGE

Meeting Her Where She Is

We begin inside dropout prevention high schools and underserved communities, creating safe, interactive spaces where girls can be heard, seen, and loved. Through workshops filled with real talk, real questions, and real hope, young women begin to open up and discover their value.

  • School-based workshops, held twice monthly
  • Led by trained, faith-filled mentors
  • Focused on topics like mental health, self-worth, credit, relationships, leadership, and more
  • Open, safe, co-ed discussions that encourage trust and transformation

“Engagement is the hardest step, but it’s also the most powerful.”

EQUIP

A Safe Space to Grow

Once connection is built, we invite girls into deeper learning through our Empowerment Centers: safe, faith-filled spaces located near partner schools. These trauma-informed environments are part of our citywide transformation strategy and offer hands-on mentorship, life skills training, and holistic support grounded in our Four Pillars.

  • Hands-on activities built around the 4 Pillars: spiritual, mental, physical, and financial wellness
  • One-on-one and group mentorship
  • Trauma-informed, faith-rooted guidance
  • Meals, transportation, and supplies provided

This is where the seeds take root, and young women begin to believe they’re capable of more.

A new young sprout sprouts from the ground and stretches towards the light. The concept of ecology, eco-products, new life.

EMPOWER

Becoming the Leader She Was Born to Be

Our most in-depth program, the Executive Life Skills Program, is a 3-phase journey designed to prepare girls for real-world success, personally and professionally.

  • Each participant is matched with a committed mentor
  • Monthly 1-on-1 mentorship sessions
  • Vocational training that leads to a sustainable income ($50K+/yr potential)
  • Life planning, leadership development, and faith integration
  • Community service and public speaking opportunities
  • Graduation readiness and career pathway planning

This is the bridge between where she is and where God is calling her to go.
